Delighted to officially announce the launch on 14th November 2019
After months of hard work and
dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch on 14th
November 2019. Our goal with the new website is to provide our long-standing
customers with the most efficient way to find out about upcoming auctions,
based on their own specific interests. We wanted to make our website faster,
easier to navigate and more user-friendly on a wider range of devices. We
endeavor to provide the most accurate and up to date auction information and
our new and improved features will help us do just that.
Amongst the new features, our website
and email marketing now includes integrated social media buttons for Facebook,
Twitter and LinkedIn to accommodate improved communication with our followers.
We are constantly updating our content with upcoming auctions, our weekly
digital magazine and other industry information provided to us by the auctioneers
who drive the industry.
We would also like to thank our staff
who dedicated their time and energy into the project, and our partner Richard
Paul who helped us develop the online bidding project and has been a fantastic
support at Auction News over the last 12 months.
Improved searching and filtering
Searching by keyword is now available from
every page on the website. You also have the ability to filter on auctions or
on lots as we are now offering auctioneers the ability to upload full catalogue
listings and lot images to our site.
New “My Account” Area
Our new “My Account” area makes it easier
for you to update your own auction interests, including auction alerts that can
be personalised by either category, region or keyword. Here you can opt in or
out of the various emails we send including our weekly digital magazine e-alert.
Digital Magazine now free to read online
Our weekly digital magazine can now be
viewed online without subscribing or even logging in. We also have a new
magazine archive so you never have to miss an issue and can easily browse
through previous publications.
New Online Bidding Platform…. Coming
The ability to bid and buy lots through our
website is in the final stages of testing and will be released in the coming
weeks! Watch this space!
